Ricky Davis and South End Catering catered a farewell breakfast for a co-worker. Ricky's attention to detail is superb, the food and presentation extraordinary. Ricky surprised the honoree with a southern pound cake which is out of this world. I can't say enough about the professional service I received, top notch. Chef Ricky did an amazing job catering our corporate brunch in Baltimore, MD. The menu was perfectly pleasing to everyone's palate. Among the offerings were curry chicken salad, salmon spread, and three kinds of quiches. The curry chicken salad was a hit - deliciously moist, tender and very flavorful. The salmon spread was delicately prepared and well balanced with morsels of fresh salmon and finely chopped dill – even those who were not salmon-eaters thought it was excellent.
